Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept payments by credit card, Paypal and check/money order. Paying by check or money order is fine with us, but please be aware that it will delay your shipping for a few days while the funds clear our bank account.
Q: What shipping methods do you use for domestic orders? A: We ship via USPS, using First Class mail, Priority mail or Media mail depending on package weight. - First Class - Used for most packages under 12 ounces. Takes 2 to 4 days.
- Priority Mail - Used for most packages between 13 ounces and 2 pounds. Takes 1 to 3 days.
- Media Mail - Used for unusually heavy items such as books and magazines. Takes 4 to 6 days.
Q: What are your shipping costs for US orders? A: Shipping costs are as follows: - Orders under $50 = $4.50
- Orders from $50.01 to $100 = $7.00
- Orders over $100 = $10.00
Q: What about Canadian orders? A: We are happy to ship to Canada! We use Global Priority mail, and our shipping rates are: - Orders under $50 = $7.50

Q: What about orders to other countries? A: We are happy to ship to any country worldwide via Global Priority Mail. Please email us for shipping rates. Or just start the checkout process and our system will add the correct shipping amount based on order total and country.
Q: Do you charge sales tax? A: Yes, we charge 8.25% sales tax to customers in California only.
Q: What about copyright issues? A: We do not make any claims regarding the copyright status of anything sold at this site. It is up to the individual artist's discretion to use any particular image. Q: How do I spend the gift certificate I received from my thoughtful friend? A: It's easy! Here's how: - Pick all of the items you want up to the amount listed on your certificate - shipping has already been paid for by your friend!
